1. Delivery Areas

We deliver orders across [Bangladesh / specified regions] — including both city and rural addresses.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, we prepare your items for dispatch.

  • We hand over the package to our courier/shipping partner within 48 hours of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

  • For customers within the same city: delivery is expected within 7 working days after dispatch. 

  • For customers in other cities or rural areas: delivery may take up to 10 working days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated based on the product’s size/weight and delivery location.

  • Any charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Delivery Issues & Customer Support

  • If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost — please contact our customer support immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly (replacement, redelivery or refund as applicable).
